Rubanteria receives orders from the following countries: Lebanon, Arab countries, Middle East, Europe, UK, USA, Canada, Australia but only ships them within Lebanon. All shipments are handled via Aramex express courier. However, if you live abroad and still have a special request, you may contact us directly by email and we will try to help you.

Each item listed on Rubanteria has an estimated shipping period of 5 working days. We highly recommend clear and detailed addresses in order to facilitate the delivery process. Our customer service will be tracking all your orders.

Please refer to your personal bank to inquire about your card’s services. Some Lebanese banks have a special Internet card which may only be used for online transactions.

It is possible to pay upon delivery without having to own a credit card under the following conditions only: the buyer should live in Lebanon and have the item shipped to his personal address. This service will cost the buyer an additional symbolic amount paid to our courier on delivery date.
