Return Policy

In case you bought a gift for someone who received it damaged at shipping time:

Step 1: You or the receiver may email us your complaint to info@rubanteria.com with the image of your damaged item.
Step 2: According to the issue, we may replace it with an identical new item and ship it back to them. The damaged item will be collected and taken back to the related supplier.

In case you bought an item for yourself and received it damaged at delivery:

Step 1: You may email us your complaint to info@rubanteria.com with the image of your damaged item.
Step 2: According to the issue, we can email you a voucher code with the same amount to be used again on Rubanteria (but please note that the shipping amount will not be included in the new voucher).
